Summary:

In this role, you will drive engagement, adoption, and utilization of Captis innovation programs by clearly communicating program value to internal teams, members (clients), suppliers, and external stakeholders. You will own and manage program operations, serve as a consultative program champion, support onboarding, increase contract utilization, identify growth opportunities, and use data, market insights, member feedback, and supplier performance information to demonstrate business impact and encourage stakeholder action.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive overall success of assigned innovation programs.

  • Build trusted relationships with members, suppliers, and internal partners across product and service lines.

  • Serve as a consultative program champion by communicating program value, identifying stakeholder needs and barriers, and guiding adoption through clear recommendations.

  • Translate program data, financial analysis, market trends, and utilization metrics into clear recommendations and compelling stakeholder messaging.

  • Partner with member engagement, category management, suppliers, marketing, and internal teams to identify target members, support outreach, and deliver education, onboarding, and training that advances program participation.

  • Track program performance, participation, contract utilization, financial incentives, savings opportunities, revenue, sales, and other key success metrics.

  • Investigate data inconsistencies, process gaps, and stakeholder questions to improve program positioning, simplify processes, strengthen adoption, and create new value propositions.

  • Maintain a flexible, solutions-oriented approach in a changing environment while keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.

  • Lead member meetings, supplier reviews, and internal discussions by presenting program updates, savings initiatives, contracting updates, risks, results, and performance improvement opportunities.

  • Gather member feedback through councils, panels, engagement meetings, and direct conversations to inform program improvements and contracting decisions.

  • Identify opportunities to improve program engagement, adoption, utilization, and overall stakeholder experience.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging, operational processes, and program priorities.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree in business, healthcare administration, operations, communications, or a related field preferred.

  • 2 or more years of relevant experience required.

  • Experience in operations, program management, stakeholder engagement, account management, sales, implementation, contracting, or a related area preferred.

  • Strong relationship-building skills with a collaborative, consultative, and member-focused mindset.

  • Consultative communication style with the ability to ask thoughtful questions, explain rationale, understand stakeholder needs, and guide others toward action.

  • Demonstrated ability to build trust through responsiveness, professionalism, follow-through, and clear stakeholder communication.

  • Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to generate practical solutions in ambiguous or evolving situations.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex processes, reporting, and program details.

  • Strong presentation skills and business acumen with the ability to engage members, suppliers, internal teams, and executive stakeholders.

  • Ability to identify insights from data, stakeholder feedback, and program performance and translate them into actionable next steps.

  • Strong curiosity and learning agility, with the ability to quickly understand complex programs, processes, data sets, and stakeholder dynamics.

  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools used to analyze data and present a clear business story.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities, adapt to changing circumstances, and follow through on commitments.

  • Willingness to travel.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $77,400.00 to $135,400.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
