Demonstrates advanced knowledge of aircraft interior installation, refurbishment planning and execution, and material resource management. Effectively collaborates with Gulfstream sites, vendors, engineering, design, quality, management, and customer representatives to ensure successful project execution. Maintains a strong customer-focused approach while balancing schedule, quality, and operational requirements. Possesses a thorough understanding of Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) aircraft requirements and expectations. Works closely with fellow team leads to establish priorities, optimize manpower utilization, and share resources efficiently to achieve company objectives and exceed customer expectations. The compensation range for this role is $38.94 - $45.43 per hour. Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors including but not limited to: minimum and preferred qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, education, experience, and location. Education and Experience Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required. 5 years Aircraft Interior experience required or equivalent for the applicable position; i.e. Sheetmetal, Cabinetry, Finish, or Upholstery. FAA A&P license or be able to obtain a repairman certificate within 30 days of start date. A&P (FAA Airframe and Powerplant) license preferred. Repairman certificate preferred.
Position Purpose:
Under general direction, assist with directing and coordinating all activities and personnel involved with interior modification of aircraft to ensure timely and cost effective fulfillment of delivery schedules and optimum quality and standards. Job Description
