Milliman's Indianapolis Health consulting practice is hiring a part-time Administrative Assistant for a temporary position spanning approximately 3 months. The position supports daily office operations and project-related administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has a customerservice orientation and is both organized and detail-oriented. The role requires the ability to work both as a team and independently, in order to ensure that daily practice operations run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities In this role, you will:

The Team The Administrative team supports 250+ full-time employees from diverse academic and professional backgrounds on a wide variety of projects. The team provides tactical support to the practice related to internal functions, including but not limited to, project tracking, appropriate filing of documentation, logistics including coordination and setup of lunch orders and meetings, and the preparation of final work product. Location The person hired for this role will work in a dynamic, hybrid environment, with on-site work required in our Indianapolis office on a weekly basis.
