TEKsystems is currently searching for career-driven candidates interested in a Mortgage Funder opportunity with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in the Pensacola, FL area! Start Date: 7/20/2026 Pay: 17.60/Hourly Training Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-4:30pm CST Shift After Training: 9:30am-6:00pm CST Working Environment: Onsite in Pensacola, FL (3 Days per week Onsite) Job Description: * To provide operational support to Mortgage Closers in order to expedite the funding process. * Assist in the closing of mortgage loans, completing the funding process for closing transactions and ensuring loans are reviewed to minimize the risk of post-settlement errors. * Responsible for accurately disbursing funds in accordance to lender closing instructions and signed closing statement. * Ensure accuracy of documents and balancing funds, requesting corrections or required documents as needed. * Provide detailed review of closing related documentation for compliance prior to approving the release of funds and submitting to Post Closing. * Conduct proactive and effective pipeline management in accordance with performance standard expectations. Qualifications: * High School Diploma Required * Effective skill maintaining accuracy with attention to detail and meeting deadlines * Basic word processing and spreadsheet software skills * Knowledge of mortgage closing and related documents * Knowledge of mortgage closing procedures and practices Qualified candidates who are interested in learning more about this opportunity should apply directly to this job posting with their most updated resume!
