*Job Description: Customer Care Specialist for EdAssist Program*
* * *Hours of Operation:* Monday-Friday 6AM-6PM (this is full time role - 40-hour work week) *Contract:* 3 months (with potential for conversion depending on performance & attendance) *Location:* 11030 Circle Point Road, Westminster, CO 80020 *Pay Rate:* $18.75/HR *5-week onsite training hours: *M-F 8am-4:30pm (3 weeks classroom setting, 2 weeks of nesting training) *Training Start Date:* July 13th (3 Month Contract-to-Hire) * * *REMOTE WITH RESTRICTIONS: *The 5 weeks of training is *onsite* in Westminster, however, after training is complete and you are a good standing employee, Bright Horizons is allowing employees to work remotely *after 90 days.* * * This role will support their EdAssist department. Our Contact Center has also received multiple awards, including being honored as a Center of Excellence and named one of the Top 50 Contact Centers in North America, which says a lot for the amazing people we have working here. * * *Description* * Respond to employee calls about tuition assistance login issues, benefit eligibility, and documentation requirements. * Guide users through document audits and help resolve submission issues for tuition reimbursement. * Explain tuition policies clearly and support employees navigating the benefit process with accuracy and empathy. * Handle 30-40 calls/day regarding basic troubleshooting issues such as password resets, portal navigation, and application issues. *Please call/email me after your interview so we can discuss how it went! *Good luck!* * *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Westminster, CO. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $18.75/hr.
