As aSenior Supervisor, Transportationat RXO,you will act as a change agent for the team and drivers specifically.You'llhelp ensure that important organizational initiatives and solutions are successfully implemented,maintained,and improved when needed. On our team,you'llhave the tools andsupport to build a careeryou'llnot only be proud of, but oneyou'lllove. What your day-to-day will look like:
- Lead large-scale implementations
- Oversee and lead change management initiatives and provide continuing post-implementation support
- Define business problems, identify solutions, and provide analysis and recommendations
- Work with internal departments, develop documented implementation plans and schedules, assist with implementation, and provide post-implementation feedback/support
- Conduct scheduled progress reviews on all current projects
- Provide customer support management for internal and external clients according to customer management process, using tools such as the action item list, progress report, etc.
- Design and/or report methodology for ongoing operations
- Ensure that both internal and external client issues are addressed in a timely manner
At a minimum,you'llneed:
- 3 years of experience with implementations in the transportation or logistics industry
- Experience in 2 or more of the following disciplines: supply chain management,transportation,or distribution
- Project management experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Visio,Accessand Project)
It'dbe great if you also have:
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent planning, client support,communication,and organizational skills
