J.F. Brennan Company (Brennan) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Rental and Project Support Coordinator to support project teams and field operations by coordinating equipment, tools, and resources across multiple job sites. This position serves as the primary point of contact between project personnel and Asset Management for rental equipment, small tools, and support items, helping ensure projects have the resources needed to operate safely and efficiently. The Rental and Project Support Coordinator plays a critical role in dispatching company equipment, scheduling company and rental equipment, coordinating equipment returns, managing vendor relationships, and supporting procurement activities for field operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced construction environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong communication with internal teams and external vendors.
