Requisition Summary The Human Resources Manager is part of a collaborative HR team with the primary responsibility to provide on-site HR support to business leaders, administer HR programs and policies, and provide excellent customer service. In partnership with one direct report, the HR Manager plays a hands-on and strategic role that provides HR support to the PACCAR Technical Center division in Mt. Vernon, WA. This role is critical in delivering HR results in the areas of talent management, engagement, rewards, retention, training, development, and organizational effectiveness.
