In anticipation of an upcoming award, we are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team at a major Federal agency supporting their real estate IT infrastructure. In this position, you will build and manage business process documentation and perform extensive requirements analysis. This role serves as the program's lead requirements practitioner and business-to-technical liaison, responsible for gathering, structuring, documenting, and managing requirements across real estate functional domains, and for contributing to the documentation of TO-BE business processes in collaboration with program staff. This is a requirements analysis and liaison role requiring process documentation fluency and technical writing proficiency. Any candidate applying for this position must exhibit great attention to detail, understand the importance of getting the correct information to the correct person to facilitate informed decisions, and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.The ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative and can manage multiple tasks in a small amount of time. The candidate should possess a strong work ethic, while also valuing collaboration and communication. US Citizenship is required for this role. In addition, the selected applicant must submit to a government background investigation and be favorably adjudicated before their first day. This is a primarily remote position but the selected applicant may have to come onsite to Washington, DC for occasional meetings. Salary Range: $130,000 - $145,000 All individuals being hired to work for TCG must submit to, and successfully pass, a pre-employment background investigation prior to reporting for their first day of work. The pre-employment background investigation will include verification of employment and education, as well as, a criminal and DMV check. Additional documentation and background checks will also be required for positions that require clearance from the Federal government. | |
