The Sourcing Principal supports the Sourcing Manager in executing PRADCO Outdoor Brands' global product sourcing strategy. This role plays a hands-on part in managing day-to-day supplier communications, coordinating sample and production timelines, tracking costs, and ensuring quality standards are met across international manufacturing partners. The Sourcing Principal is a key liaison between overseas suppliers and internal teams, helping to keep product development and production on schedule. Job Responsibilities
