Do you enjoy working with advanced manufacturing equipment and seeing a product come to life from start to finish? Join our team as a Processing Operator and play a critical role in transforming premium semolina into the pasta products families enjoy every day.

As a Processing Operator, you'll oversee key stages of the pasta-making process, ensuring product quality, food safety, and efficient production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor automated processing equipment used in pasta production
• Set up and install dies to produce various pasta shapes and sizes
• Monitor mixing, extrusion, cutting, and drying processes
• Load and unload raw materials, including semolina and ingredients
• Make process adjustments to maintain product specifications and quality standards
• Perform routine equipment inspections and minor troubleshooting
• Complete production records and process documentation accurately
• Work closely with Quality, Packaging, and Maintenance teams to maximize production efficiency
• Follow all food safety, GMP, sanitation, and workplace safety requirements
• Assist with product changeovers and equipment cleaning activities

Competative Pay : $22.77 per hour with $1.50 per hour shift differential, flexible 2/2/3 schedule with 12 hour shift

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
• Food manufacturing experience is a plus
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to understand and follow production procedures
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as neede
