Essential Functions:

  • Prepare, review, and process CRE and C&I loan documentation, ensuring compliance with credit approvals, policies, and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate CRE loan closings with title companies, attorneys, and internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee construction loan administration, ensuring compliance with draw schedules, lien waivers, budget adherence, and inspection requirements.
  • Verify and process documentation such as flood certifications, appraisals, entity records, leases, title commitments and insurance to ensure loan files are complete and accurate.
  • Prepare loan packages and credit memorandums for C&I loan approvals and renewals.
  • Review C&I loan documents for accuracy and compliance with approved credit terms and collateral requirements.
  • Manage post-closing activities, including collateral monitoring, exception clearing, and document imaging, to ensure compliance with loan covenants for both CRE and C&I loans.
  • Process loan payments, advances, transfers, and account maintenance for both CRE and C&I clients.
  • Support bankers in monitoring past-due payments, overdrafts, and client follow-ups.
  • Serve as the primary client contact for loan inquiries, servicing requests, and issue resolution.
  • Assist in client onboarding by collecting and reviewing required documentation.
  • Support bankers with CRM updates, call reports, and pipeline tracking.
  • Open new deposit accounts, manage deposit client and maintenance requests such as wire transfers, address changes, and fraud research.
  • Ensure adherence to all banking regulations, loan policies, and compliance standards.
  • This position may require travel within the Bank's geographic area.


Experience & Education:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial loan administration, with a focus on CRE and C&I lending.
  • Strong knowledge of CRE transactions, construction loan administration, and C&I credit support.
  • Experience with draw process management and compliance monitoring.
  • High school diploma required; college coursework in finance, business, or real estate preferred.
  • Experience working with attorneys, title companies, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Continuing education in Real Estate preferred.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Skilled in managing and supervising loan processing, closing, and funding operations.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to review and interpret complex legal and financial documents.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, lenders, and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, banking systems, and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and independent decision-making abilities.

Other Requirements:

  • Register and maintain registry as a Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) and Registry and in accordance with the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act (the S.A.F.E. Act).
  • Meet and maintain financial responsibility, character and general fitness standards along with all other established requirements for an individual Loan Originator (LO) in accordance with Regulation Z.
  • Participate in industry training, credit exchange meetings, and professional development.
  • Requires the ability to lift, carry, push, pull weights or otherwise move objects weighing as much as 10 lbs. on a regular basis and/or for extended periods of time during the workday.
  • Occasional travel within the bank's geographic area may be required.
