ABOUT THE ROLE Machine Operators execute and optimize one or more manufacturing processes in the production of fluid mounts, torque rods, and related components. This role ensures safe, efficient machine operation while upholding the highest standards of safety and quality and consistently meeting production targets. Operators actively support lean manufacturing initiatives, apply disciplined execution practices, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Through collaboration across production, materials, and logistics teams, they help enhance safety performance, delivery reliability, and overall operational effectiveness. Work Environment Manufacturing environment with potential exposure to heat, noise, dust, odors, moving equipment, and active production processes. Frequent interaction with manufacturing, maintenance, quality, and engineering personnel throughout the facility. Regular travel between office and production areas is required. Appropriate PPE must be worn in designated work areas.
