This is a senior leadership opportunity to head Employee Relations across the Americas, providing strategic direction and oversight for employment law, workplace risk, and employee relations for a workforce of approximately 3,000 employees across the U.S., Canada, Brazil and Mexico. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, contributing to the firm's people strategy and ensuring a consistent, compliant, and high performing employee relations framework across all jurisdictions.

What role will you play? Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility As Head of Employee Relations for the Americas, you will lead and develop a regional team responsible for delivering proactive, commercial, and risk-based employee relations and employment law guidance. You will contribute regional insight to the development of global employee relations strategy, governance, and operating models, with core frameworks set globally and regional implementation managed locally to reflect jurisdictional requirements and the regional operating environment.
You will advise senior leadership and business stakeholders on complex and high-risk matters including executive level issues, investigations, litigation strategy, workforce restructuring, regulatory risk, and reputational concerns. You will oversee all significant employment related disputes and litigation in the region, partnering with internal stakeholders and external counsel to drive optimal outcomes. You will partner closely with People and Culture leadership and Products to design and implement consistent policies, processes, and frameworks across the full employment lifecycle including hiring, performance management, discipline, terminations, leaves, accommodations, and compensation structures. You will proactively identify emerging risks and trends, and implement enterprise-wide initiatives to mitigate risk and enhance employee experience.
You will also lead the development of training, governance, and reporting to ensure compliance with applicable labor and employment laws across all Americas jurisdictions. In addition, you will contribute to global employment law strategy and serve as the primary regional escalation point for complex or sensitive matters. This role requires strong leadership, influencing skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while driving consistent, scalable solutions across a diverse and geographically dispersed workforce.
Salary range for this position: $275,000 - $325,000 / Year. Actual base salary may vary based on relevant experience, market data, business sector, and geographic location.
