Physical Demands and Working ConditionsThe handling of any biological materials may present some risk of exposure to hazardous materials. Proper safety protocols must be maintained when handling and disposing of all materials. Allergies to hay, straw or animal dander may cause discomfort based on the location within the College of Veterinary Medicine. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor of Science Degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science or a closely related field. Experience with state of the art clinical laboratory analyzers. ASCP (American Society for Clinical Pathology) Board Certification. Preferred Qualifications1-2 years of laboratory experience. Expertise in quality control and laboratory information systems with interest in test development and application. Appointment Information This is a 100% full-time Academic Professional position, appointed on a 12-month basis. The expected start date is as soon as possible after 7/15/2026. Salary is commensurate with experience.
