This role works closely with the Internal Communications Manager and thelargerMarketing Department, consisting of four other individuals who support sales and business development.As a small team, we rely on each person to bring ideas forward,identifyopportunities, and help improve how we communicate across the organization.

Why This Role Matters

TheCommunicationsCoordinator ensures our communications are clear, consistent, and reflective of our people. This role connects internal and external efforts, helpingmaintainalignment in how we communicate and represent Osborn. They partner with teams toidentifygaps, flag when messagingisn'tlanding asintended, andimprove how we approach communication across the companyandthe industry. The role also supports alignment with the 2030 Strategic Plan by reinforcing priorities and communicating progress. Strong relationships and trust across teams are critical to success in this role.

About the Role

Internaland externalcommunication duties include, but are not limited to:



  • People and Brand: Collaboratewith Marketing and People Operations/HR to develop communications that enhancethe employeeexperience, includingmessaging forevents, trainings, onboarding, recognition efforts, and other initiatives.
  • Visual Content & Design:Create and support the development of visual communications, including slide presentations, video content, graphics, and data visualization elements that enhance clarity and engagement across channels.
  • All-Staff Meetings: Coordinate, develop, and promote weekly 15-minute all-staff meetings; support the production of larger monthly all-staff meetings used to share company updates and messaging.
  • Social Media Strategy: Contributeto the development and execution of the company's social media strategy byidentifyingcontent opportunities, coordinating with technical and non-technical staff,scheduling andcreating content,and partnering with Marketing on content distribution.
  • Change Management Support: Developcommunications plans and materials for organizational changes, such as office openings, departmental shifts, and similar transitions.
  • Public Relations:Preparepress releases, newsletters, blog articles, and other external communications to highlight firm news, promotions, project work, and employee spotlights.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Partnerwith the Marketing team to support campaign planning, timelines, and progresstracking forinitiatives such as anniversaries, leadership updates, and client engagement efforts.



About You

Youdemonstrateinitiative by recognizing what needs attention and proactively taking the steps necessary toaccomplishyour tasks. You are proficient in self-organization and coordination with a wider team.You enjoybeing a visible promoter of company culture andpositive team experiences, both in-office and virtually.You are bold in sharing ideas and asking questions, balanced by a knack for diplomacy, a willingness to learn, and knowing when compromise is the best path forward.

We're looking for someone with:



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, ideally in English, communications, journalism, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in corporate communications, visual design, ora relatedfield.
  • Proficiencyin Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva to create visual materials.
  • Experience producing video content, includingstoryboarding,interviewing,and editing.
  • Strong writing, communication, and proofreading skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong judgment and ability to ensure communications align with Osborn's voice, culture, and quality standards.



Location

Thisis a hybrid role with threerequiredin-office days each weekat our Bellevue headquarterstoenhance relationship building,collaboration, and event support.

The expected compensation range for this position for employees based in the Bellevue/Seattle area is $65,000-$88,000 annually and is dependent upon skills, experience, education, and geographical location.
