  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • 2+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of production operations, inventory control, and continuous improvement
  • Ability to manage teams, schedules, and cross-functional communication
  • Forklift experience and valid driver's license preferred
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 75 lbs occasionally, and perform physical tasks throughout shifts
  • Willingness to work overtime, including 12-hour shifts and weekends as needed
  • Use of required PPE in a manufacturing environment


Job Duties:



  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily production operations (assembly, tooling, and floor scheduling) to meet output, quality, and cost targets
  • Lead shift communication, staffing, and production reporting (downtime, runtime, scrap)
  • Collaborate with leadership, maintenance, and tooling teams to ensure equipment readiness and workflow efficiency
  • Monitor inventory systems, material usage, and serial tracking for accuracy
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives and implement process enhancements
  • Establish performance metrics, analyze production data, and drive KPI improvements
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and support profitability goals
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment
  • Support quality standards, documentation, and operational procedures
