Exciting Opportunity at MSK: Join our outpatient Gastric & Mixed Tumor (GMT) Team at MSK Monmouth in Middletown, NJ (primary) with float to MSK Bergen in Montvale, NJ as an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients!

Role Overview:

  • In this role, you'll deliver top-tier, comprehensive care to patients with patients with sarcoma, melanoma, gastric, and thyroid cancers.

  • Work collaboratively with an exceptional team dedicated to excellence in outpatient care, providing compassionate and expert peri-operative treatment, as well as long-term surveillance to our patients.

  • Work in both a shared (MD/APP) and independent clinic model and assist with small, in-clinic procedures (wound care/vac changes, biopsies, excisions).

Key Qualifications:

  • Graduate from an accredited PA program

  • NCCPA certification

  • Active NJ & NY license or be qualified for state licensures

  • A minimum of 1 year of outpatient surgery experience is preferred

Or

  • Current New Jersey (NJ) & New York (NY) RN and NP licenses/registrations

  • Master's degree in nursing, prescriptive privileges (or eligibility)

  • Related National NP certification

  • A minimum of 1 year of outpatient surgery experience is preferred

  • Capable of independently managing clinic operations while effectively coordinating with physicians to provide comprehensive care for outpatient GMT patients, including meeting their medical needs and contributing to patient education and clinical support initiatives.

Additional Information:

  • Hours: 4, 10 hour shifts/week Monday-Friday 8:00a-6:00p

Pay Range: $136,400.00 - $225,100.00 FSLA Status: Exempt
