Pay Rate: $12.00 - $13.50 per hour (Pay will increase to $13.50/hr. once rollover hours are met)

Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

In Alexandria, we're looking for a Medical Receptionist who knows how to get things done with a smile. You'll balance tasks, support the crew, and keep everything running like clockwork. If you're dependable, detail-driven, and love a little fun at work, this one's for you.

What You Bring to the Table.

• Previous medical receptionist or medical office experience preferred
• Experience verifying insurance and collecting copays strongly preferred
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office environment
• Professional appearance and dependable attendance required

From Clock In to Clock Out.

• Answer and manage multiline phone systems
• Greet and check in patients professionally
• Verify medical insurance information and eligibility
• Collect copays and patient payments
• Schedule appointments and update patient records
• Enter and maintain information within EMR systems
• Assist with general front office and administrative duties
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
