Associated Bank is seeking a Senior Data & Reporting Analyst to support critical business operations through data analysis, reporting, and process improvement. In this role, you'll develop reporting solutions, maintain data integrity, and provide insights that help drive business decisions. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate across teams and grow as a subject matter expert within a dynamic banking environment.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and maintain complex reports, dashboards, and automated reporting processes to support business needs.

  • Analyze large data sets and write advanced SQL queries to deliver accurate and actionable insights.

  • Manage databases and reporting systems while ensuring data integrity, consistency, and quality control.

  • Enhance existing reporting tools and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and usability.

  • Partner with business teams to gather reporting requirements and deliver timely data solutions.

  • Document reporting processes, data sources, and distribution procedures to support operational consistency.

  • Support department application entitlement reviews and maintain compliance with internal controls.

  • Collaborate with analysts and leadership to identify trends and improve reporting capabilities across the business.

Education & Experience

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or SQL development.

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in Snowflake and PowerBI.

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably within banking or financial services.

  • Experience developing automated reporting and database management solutions.
