The Institute for Human Development (IHD) at the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC). Job Description
The Financial Operations & Reporting Associate supports daily financial operations, purchasing, and reporting for the Institute for Human Development. This role works closely with the Director of Operations and other team members to help maintain accurate financial records, process transactions, and support budgeting and reporting activities. The Associate helps ensure processes are followed, assists with resolving issues, and contributes to maintaining organized and efficient financial operations. Key Responsibilities
NOTE: This position is 100% grant funded and contingent on continued funding. Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications

Anticipated Hiring Range
The anticipated hiring range for this position has been established as up to $28.85 per hour. Salary is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the individual's particular combination of education, skills, and experience, as well as organizational requirements.
