Job Description
Range: $105,000-130,000, plus yearly bonus Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation. The Regional Communications Manager for the Midwest Region will be accountable for planning and executing a regional communication strategy surrounding business priorities such as: 1) a cultural change associated with taking performance higher, driving continuous improvement and optimizing the Region's service delivery model, 2) increased two-way interactive dialogue between leaders and employees at all levels, and 3) cross-functional communications and alignment among teams and departments. The position is hybrid and will require 3 days on site at Quest's Wood Dale, IL site. Responsibilities:
