As a Donor Recovery Technician, you will play a critical role in enabling life changing transplants and research by ensuring the safe and respectful recovery of birth tissue in hospital environments. This is a hands on, patient focused role where technical expertise, compassion, and attention to detail truly make a difference. What will you be doing?
What will you need to be successful?
You. Unlimited. The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $50000,00 - $75,000,00 USD annually. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role at Smith + Nephew. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
