The Plastics Engineer II will serve as a primary technical resource on the manufacturing floor, focusing on hands-on injection molding processing and mold maintenance to support medical device production. This role requires a strong background in scientific molding to develop, optimize, and troubleshoot molding processes, as well as the ability to perform or support mold maintenance, repair, and setup. **This position is not offering any type of visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future** What will you be doing?
Location: Mansfield Massachusetts, (in person role) What will you need to be successful? Education: Bachelors degree in Plastics Engineering Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in plastic injection molding, specifically within the medical device or high-precision industry. Competences:
Physical Demands: Ability to lift 35lbs Travel Requirements: <10% The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $74,250 to $111,500 USD annually The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
