Description We are seeking a motivated and customerfocused IT Service Desk Analyst to join our Service Desk team in Colorado Springs. This role serves as the primary frontline support for all IT issues and plays a critical role in delivering a positive and professional technology experience across the organization. The ideal candidate brings a strong service mindset, solid foundational technical skills, and the maturity to operate in a highvisibility environment. This role is designed for someone who wants to grow, take ownership, and build longterm value within a collaborative IT team. Additional Skills & Qualifications Act as the first point of contact for all IT support requests via phone, ticketing system, and walkup support Troubleshoot and resolve common Tier 1 issues related to accounts, hardware, software, peripherals, and connectivity Provide whiteglove support to all employees, including executives and senior leadership Accurately document all interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions within the ITSM system Identify issues that require escalation and route them appropriately after initial diagnosis Maintain professionalism, empathy, and clear communication in all user interactions Contribute to knowledge base documentation and continuous improvement of service desk processes Experience Level Entry Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Colorado Springs, CO. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
