Job Title: ADS Program Manager (Applications, Databases, Messaging, IAM) Location: Chandler, AZ (Hybrid) Overview Our Client, a Leader in Financial Services is seeking a senior-level Program Manager to lead a complex portfolio spanning applications, databases, messaging, and identity & access management (IAM) within a large-scale private cloud transformation. This is not a traditional project manager role. You'll operate as a strategic, technically fluent program leader-aligning multiple engineering teams, navigating ambiguity, and driving delivery of enterprise-grade services across critical platforms. What You'll Do * Lead a broad program of work across databases, messaging, identity, and application integration services * Coordinate multiple cross-functional engineering teams, managing dependencies, sequencing, and priorities * Partner closely with product owners, architects, and engineering managers to define scope and delivery plans * Provide program-level visibility into risks, issues, decisions, and progress * Support and reinforce Agile and Scaled Agile delivery practices * Coach teams on accountability, ownership, and product-centric delivery * Navigate evolving environments where roles and processes are still taking shape * Communicate clearly with senior leadership and key stakeholders What We're Looking For Required: * 8+ years of experience in program management or portfolio leadership * Strong understanding of enterprise application services, including databases, messaging, and identity * Proven experience leading complex, multi-team technical programs * Hands-on experience with Agile and Scaled Agile delivery models * Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills * Comfortable operating independently in ambiguous, fast-changing environments Nice to Have: * Experience in large enterprise or financial services environments * Familiarity with IAM, DBaaS, messaging platforms, or integration services * Background supporting infrastructure or platform engineering teams Why This Role You'll have the opportunity to influence how enterprise-scale platforms are delivered, help teams mature their delivery practices, and play a key role in a high-visibility cloud transformation initiative. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Chandler, AZ. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $73.00 - $80.00/hr.
