Under the supervision of the Regional Director of Finance, you will serve as a key financial partner to hospital leadership. In this role, you will: Provide strategic financial planning and analysis for hospital operations Represent finance on cross-functional committees Support development of annual operating and capital budgets Prepare final budget packages for Board-level reporting Analyze budget variances and collaborate with departments including: General Accounting Business Office Decision Support Educate leadership on financial performance and management strategies Your work directly supports informed decision-making and contributes to the health of our patients and community.
