Pay Rate: $24.50 per hour + 10% differential for the 2nd shift

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Training Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Here's what it takes to succeed with us.

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field (Will consider recent grads)
• Knowledge of quality systems, food safety, or regulatory compliance preferred
• Ability to perform audits, data analysis, and documentation
• Must work within SQF Level 3 standards
• Must complete Illinois EDC process
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to interpret data and maintain accurate documentation
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

What You'll Do:

• Support food safety and quality systems, including hazard analysis (HACCP)
• Conduct internal audits and assist with compliance to regulatory standards
• Perform microbiological monitoring (environment, raw materials, finished goods)
• Analyze data and help interpret results to meet customer and international standards
• Collaborate with operations to improve product quality and safety processes
• Assist with annual reviews and documentation for certification programs
