JOB SUMMARY The Supervisor of Parking, ID & Administrative Services provides leadership and oversight for administrative, financial, and customer service operations supporting Saint Louis University's parking, card services, and transportation programs. This role serves as the primary administrative and business operations lead, responsible for managing systems, processes, and personnel that support revenue generation, customer experience, and departmental coordination. The position works in close partnership with the Supervisor of Campus Transportation & Parking Operations to ensure aligned priorities, operational cohesion, and consistent service delivery across all transit functions.
