Lenovo | Director, Healthcare Acquisition Sales (U.S.) REMOTE

The Opportunity

Lead and scale Lenovo's U.S. Healthcare Acquisition business, driving new logo growth across one of the company's most strategic verticals. This role sits at the intersection of market share expansion, leadership development, and go-to-market transformation.

You will lead a national team of Account Executives focused on acquiring new healthcare customers and delivering against aggressive revenue and share targets.


What You'll Own

  • New Healthcare Logo Growth: Build and execute a scalable acquisition engine across U.S. healthcare
  • Leadership at Scale: Lead, coach, and elevate a distributed team of Account Executives
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Define coverage, segmentation, and sales plays to capture share
  • Executive Engagement: Build C-suite relationships across providers and ecosystem partners
  • Solution Selling Transformation: Shift the team from product to outcome-based selling
  • Operating Discipline: Drive pipeline rigor, forecast accuracy, and performance accountability
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Orchestrate ISG, Services, and Partners to win complex deals
  • Lead an Intelligent Transformation across device, infrastructure, AI, and services.

  • Proven 1st line sales leader with a track record of scaling acquisition teams
  • Deep experience in healthcare (providers/IDNs) and/or enterprise technology sales
  • Strong executive presence with ability to engage C-level stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to balance growth + margin discipline
  • Operator mindset with a structured business management system
  • Builder of high-performance cultures grounded in accountability and results

  • 8+ years of industry experience in sales leadership or equivalent role

  • Background in solution or outcome-based selling
  • Experience leading go-to-market transformation
  • Strong balance of growth and margin discipline
  • History of building high-performing sales teams
  • Sales leadership experience driving new customer acquisition
  • Proven success with revenue growth and pipeline management
  • Ability to lead distributed sales teams
  • Strong executive/C-level engagement skills
  • Experience with complex enterprise sales
