Description

This role requires a highly motivated and experienced professional, grounded in leadership development practices and with a passion for evolving the industry through leveraging emerging trends, networks and best practices. Responsible for establishing and nurturing research partnerships to enhance CCL's positioning in the field of leadership development and the market.

Define and Oversee Research Partnerships



  • Define and shape 3 Core Reseach Partnerships that will disseminate CCLs Thought Leadership and elevate CCL Content awareness with the right ideal buyer and C-Suite audiences.
  • Publish thought leadership, co-develop research and insights and present at key forums within the partnership ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with partners to enhance services and offerings, expand reach, and drive innovative initiatives.


Global and International Research



  • Global and International Research: Shape and overasee several Global or International RINCC Research Projects that focus on a C-Suite audience.
  • These projects will be delivered by cross-functional teams made up of team members within RINCC, as well as Design and Delivery.
  • These projects will be based on requirements defined in consultation with Marketing and Global Markets.


Service Enhancement



  • Services Enhancement: Collaborate with subject matter experts to enhance the existing leadership solutions, tools and resources by incorporating LLMs and other emerging technologies.
  • Ensure that we deliver industry best practices, engage members, and provide practical insights for the democratization of leadership.


Thought Leadership and Dissemination



  • Oversee the creation and dissemination of thought leadership content, including papers, articles, presentations, podcasts, and other media.
  • Translate complex research findings into actionable insights for clients and practitioners.
  • Serve as a key spokesperson for CCL's research and impact in the leadership development field.


Stakeholder Engagement



  • Cultivate strong relationships with members, alumni, faculty members, industry partners, and donors - including those outside the United States.
  • Foster a sense of community and collaboration among stakeholders to create a vibrant ecosystem for leadership development.


Required Education



  • Master's Degree in behavioral or social sciences, applied research or business.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Demonstrated thought leadership through publications, presentation or public forums.
  • Expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities for diverse audiences.
  • Strong commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion in research and analytics practices.
  • Familiarity with leadership analytics tools and data visualization platforms.
  • Experience influencing executive-level stakeholders and contributing to enterprise strategy.
