XLA is seeking motivated and detail-oriented interns to participate in our Cross-Functional XLA Internship Program. This structured rotational program provides hands-on experience across five core business areas: Human Resources, Recruiting, Accounting, Contracts, and Business Development. Interns will gain exposure to the full government contracting lifecycle-from talent acquisition and onboarding to financial operations, contract management, and opportunity development-while contributing to meaningful departmental initiatives.
