We are seeking a highly analytical and execution-driven Senior Financial Analyst to support our Beauty Client, a fast-paced, global retail organization. This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong FP&A experience who thrives in a deadline-driven environment and can deliver high-quality insights, reporting, and executive-ready materials.

You will play a critical role in monthly close, forecasting, and leadership reporting, partnering cross-functionally across Finance, Accounting, and Labor Planning to ensure accurate, timely, and actionable financial insights that support business continuity.

Key Responsibilities


Financial Close & Reporting

  • Support monthly close deliverables across Gift Card, OMNI, and Payroll, including preparation of:

    • Trend analysis
    • Executive decks
    • Financial bridges
    • Recap communications


  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting outputs


Planning Systems & Consolidation

  • Complete required Anaplan inputs, consolidations, and validations
  • Support OMNI reporting and monthly financial results distribution
  • Maintain data integrity across planning tools and reporting outputs


Executive & Leadership Reporting

  • Prepare and maintain high-impact presentation materials for:

    • SteerCo / executive leadership
    • Retail performance reviews
    • Growth initiatives and strategic updates


  • Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights


Payroll & Labor Analysis

  • Deliver payroll and benefits-related reporting, analysis, and commentary
  • Partner closely with Accounting and Labor Planning teams to ensure alignment and accuracy


Quarterly Business Reviews

  • Prepare Finance materials for quarterly regional reviews
  • Ensure timely finalization and upload of materials to SharePoint
  • Support leadership readiness with clean, accurate storytelling


Forecasting & Ad Hoc Analysis

  • Support forecasting inputs and financial planning cycles
  • Respond to ad hoc reporting and analysis requests with speed and precision
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to inform decision-making


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 5+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience, preferably within retail or consumer-facing industries
  • Strong experience supporting month-end close, forecasting, and financial reporting cycles
  • Hands-on experience with Anaplan (strongly preferred)
  • Advanced Excel skills (modeling, pivots, large data sets)
  • Experience building executive-level decks and financial narratives

The target hiring compensation range for this role is 60.00 to 70.00_. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
