Pay Rate: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour

Shift: 8 am - 4:30 pm, M-F

What You'll Need

• High school diploma, trade certification, or equivalent professional experience preferred
• 2-5 years of general maintenance experience in commercial facilities
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, HVAC, roofing, or related trades
• Background in landscaping, janitorial, construction, or facilities services strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently across multiple customer sites
• Valid driver's license in good standing
• Required certifications or licenses applicable to trade duties

Your Workday in Action

• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on commercial buildings, equipment, andgrounds
• Complete work orders accurately and on time while following safety and regulatory standards
• Perform minor plumbing repairs, including unclogging drains, repairing leaks, and replacingfixtures
• Conduct carpentry and painting repairs to maintain a clean, professionalappearance
• Perform minor electrical maintenance within state licensing limits, including fixtures, switches, outlets, and lightingcomponents
• Complete service and asset inspections as required
• Use mobile technology to manage work orders, service reports, quality inspection images, timekeeping, and expenses
• Source materials and supplies necessary to complete assigned tasks
• Maintain strong customer relationships through clear communication and professionalservice
• Participate in required safety training and weekly safetymeetings
• Provide estimates for larger repairs or improvementprojects
