Our client is seeking a Content Strategist to lead end-to-end ideation and planning for content campaigns and projects within their music streaming environment. Reporting to the Editorial Creative team, this role is involved at the outset of every content initiative, bringing together cross-functional partners to define the narrative, objectives, and rollout strategy-including content, on-platform featuring, and off-platform amplification. The Content Strategist develops the core campaign brief and oversees execution through launch, ensuring alignment and evolving strategy as needed.

Responsibilities:



  • Lead creative brainstorms to define campaign narrative, editorial POV, and storytelling framework
  • Partner cross-functionally with Programming, Artist Relations, Marketing, PR, Social, and Copy teams to align on goals, refine strategy, and secure stakeholder buy-in
  • Develop and finalize the on-platform rollout and featuring plan in alignment with campaign objectives and audience strategy
  • Create comprehensive campaign briefs that translate strategy into clear, production-ready direction
  • Collaborate closely with Producers throughout execution and launch to ensure cohesion across design, copy, and overall creative
  • Monitor campaign progress, identify risks or gaps, and recommend adjustments to maintain strategic alignment
  • Support post-launch reporting by contributing to executive summaries and campaign recaps, highlighting key insights and learnings
  • Manage 4-6 active campaigns at a time
