Position Summary

The Senior Director, People Team Strategy, Planning and Enablement is responsible for translating People Team strategy into an integrated, executable delivery plan and ensuring the work of the People Team is well sequenced, aligned, and understood across stakeholders. This role serves as a strategic connector and disciplined executor - partnering closely with Strategy, Talent & Innovation peers, People Team Centers of Excellence (CoEs), and People Business Partners to drive clarity, momentum, and results.

This leader owns the People Team's end to end strategic delivery plan, including cyclical processes and enterprise priorities, and ensures leaders, managers, and employees are supported with timely, high quality communications and toolkits that enable effective execution. This leader will also own Strategy, Talent and Innovation (ST&I) operating mechanisms.

This leader will report to the VP, Strategy and Operations and will work closely with the Strategy, Talent and Innovation SVP. This leader will lead a team of professionals while fostering a culture of innovation and performance excellence.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • People Team Strategy & Planning
    • Translate People Team strategy into a clear, integrated delivery roadmap that sequences work across various enterprise stakeholders including Strategy, Talent & Innovation, People Team Centers of Excellence, and People Business Partners
    • Own the People Team delivery plan inclusive of annual and cyclical processes (eg, performance, compensation, workforce planning, engagement) and key strategic priorities
    • Identify dependencies, risks, and trade offs across initiatives; proactively surface recommendations to enable effective decision making
  • Cross Functional Collaboration
    • Partner closely with Strategy, Talent & Innovation leaders to ensure People initiatives are aligned to enterprise priorities and transformation efforts
    • Collaborate with People Team CoE leaders to align scope, timing, resources, and outcomes across initiatives
    • Act as a central point of coordination, connecting the dots across teams to reduce duplication, friction, and execution risk
  • Enablement, Communications & Change Support
    • Ensure People Team plans, priorities, and expectations are clearly communicated to People Business Partners, CoEs, managers, and employees
    • Oversee the development and timely delivery of high quality toolkits (eg, materials, key messages, playbooks, FAQs) that enable consistent execution and leader readiness
    • Translate complex initiatives into simple, actionable narratives tailored to different audiences
  • Leadership, Execution & Delivery Discipline
    • Establish and maintain mechanisms to review progress, escalate issues, and adjust delivery plans as needed
    • Drive follow through and accountability to ensure commitments are delivered with quality and on time
    • Lead a results driven team that brings disciplined planning, solid coordination, and execution excellence to the People Team strategy and delivery agenda

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in strategy, planning, program management, or HR/People leadership roles
  • Demonstrated experience translating strategy into executable plans within complex, matrixed organizations
  • Solid stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without formal authority
  • Proven ability to synthesize information, connect disparate initiatives, and drive execution
  • Proven exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating executive level messaging and practical toolkits
  • Proven solid organizational skills and comfort managing multiple, interdependent priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within a People or HR function, including familiarity with cyclical People processes
  • Experience supporting enterprise transformation, operating model shifts, or large scale change initiatives
  • Background in management consulting, strategy, or enterprise enablement functions
  • Experience working in AI enabled, technology forward, or evolving operating models

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $159,300 to $273,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable
