Maintenance

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on injection molding

machines (hydraulic, electric, and hybrid), molds, and related auxiliary equipment.

* Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control

system issues.

* Maintain and service material handling systems, dryers, loaders, chillers, temperature

controllers, and conveyors.

* Assist with mold changes, setup support, and machine startups as needed.

* Diagnose equipment failures, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions

to prevent recurrence.

* Read, interpret, and follow mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, hydraulic

diagrams, and technical manuals.

* Perform basic electrical work including sensors, motor starters, relays, VFDs, and

control panels (within scope of qualification).

* Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and spare parts usage in the

CMMS.

* Support continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment reliability, uptime, and

safety.

* Ensure compliance with company safety policies, OSHA regulations, lockout/tagout

procedures, and housekeeping standards.

* Communicate effectively with production, quality, engineering, and management teams

to minimize downtime.

* Assist with facility maintenance including lighting, compressed air systems, water

systems, and general repairs.

* Respond to equipment breakdowns during production, including overtime or on-call

support as required.
