Description
Responsibilities:
- Exercises supervisory control over all Floor People, Cashier in their designated area.
- Enforces policies and procedures.
- Safeguard of all assets in their control.
- Approves slot machine payoffs and fills.
- Observes and evaluates slot personnel.
- Verifies and signs checkout reports and booth buys.
- Performs related duties as assigned.
Competencies:
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Ability to work well with large amounts of cash.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear.
Work Environment:

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, risk of electrical shock, and vibration.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
- Will work with jet sorts, coin rollers, and slot machines on a daily basis. Must be able to work in a smoking environment.
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- Must be able to lift hopper bags continuously through shift.
- Vision correctable to 20/20.
- Must be able to stand for at least 8 consecutive hours.

Qualifications
Education
High School (required)
Technical/other training (required)
Experience
One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Supervisory background preferred. (required)

LA Alc Compliance Trainer (required)
LA Ops License (required)
