What It Takes to Keep Quality Tight Experience: 1+ years of experience sanding sheet metal with hand sanders. Attention to Detail: You catch the "small stuff" that keeps the "big stuff" moving. Physical Ability: Stay on your feet, move with the crew, and lift (up to) 40-50 lbs. when needed. Attitude: Reliable, steady, and proud to be the one who keeps things right.
