Main Line Health's Nurse Residency Program Main Line Health's Nurse Residency Program is a year-long initiative designed to support and guide new graduate nurses as they begin their first professional role. The program emphasizes the development of clinical skills, patient-driven outcomes, and professional growth. The curriculum fosters critical thinking and helps new nurses use data-driven outcomes to enhance patient safety and care quality. As a newly licensed registered nurse in this full-time position, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, competitive pay, and shift differential. The program includes a precepted orientation tailored to the specific clinical specialty and the individual learning needs of each participant. Throughout this transition, ongoing supervision, training, and educational opportunities will be available. Employment start dates: July 2026 to September 2026 pending RN license status. Qualifications: Recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ASN, or BSN), with graduation occurring within the past 12 months or within the next 6 months. Eligibility is based on the graduation date from your initial nursing program, which qualified you to sit for the NCLEX exam. Diploma and ASN graduates must be actively enrolled in a BSN program within 6 months of their employment start date and must successfully obtain a BSN within 3 years of their employment start date. A preferred cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher. Main Line Health Hospital location: * Bryn Mawr Rehabilitation Hospital - Acquired Brain Injury Unit Shift/Hours: Full Time: 36 hours per week Must be able to work full time night shift. Must be able to work 12 hour shifts. Weekend requirement: will not exceed every other weekend, based on unit needs. Holidays: Varied, depending on unit schedule. Compensation: Hourly Rate: $44.00 per hour, plus shift differential. Benefits: Eligible for full-time benefits coverage.
