Your Opportunity: TechSource is hiring a full-time Senior Nuclear Weapons Analyst to support supporting the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA). You will assist federal weapon programs and national laboratories to develop testing programs for weapons and components. You will work in the DOE Forrestal Building in Washington, D.C. Primary Responsibilities: * Advise and assist federal weapons programs and DOE laboratories with testing programs for weapon systems and components. * Assist test sites with planning and resourcing considerations. * Propose policy, planning, and forecasts for the Stockpile and Stewardship Management Plan (SSMP) and the Production and Planning Directive (P&PD) * Develop production and consumption models of special nuclear material components for planning life extension program and strategic material requirements. * Active DOE Q or DoD Top Secret security clearance. * 20 or more years of weapon and system reliability, system test and evaluation, and stockpile surveillance experience. * Bachelor's degree in an engineering or scientific field. Master's degree preferred. | |
