About the Role

Are you passionate about organizing unforgettable events within the pharmaceutical industry? As our Senior Meeting Manager, you'll take the lead in orchestrating everything from logistics to vendor relationships, ensuring each program runs smoothly and exceeds client expectations. Not only will you manage complex meetings, but you'll also be the go-to expert for operational and financial guidance. Join us in creating experiences that leave a lasting impression!

You're Good At



  • Planning and executing high-impact meetings and events with finesse
  • Building strong relationships with clients and vendors while maintaining professionalism
  • Juggling multiple projects seamlessly, all while keeping an eye on the details
  • Budget management and financial oversight, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Providing valuable insights and coaching to team members for successful outcomes


You Might Also Have



  • A degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • At least five years of experience in meeting management, especially in the pharmaceutical industry
  • A knack for negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships
  • Familiarity with Cvent or other event technology platforms
  • Strong communication skills for engaging stakeholder presentations and team collaboration
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time


You should know



  • This role is virtual and operates on Eastern Standard business hours
  • Up to 50% travel (international and domestic) is required on an annual basis
  • Previous experience in pharma / life science meetings and events is required - particularly with high touch sales meetings and launches

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:50% to 75%

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Senior Meeting Manager is between $64,000 - $85,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
