As a Commercial Relationship Manager II, you'll help business clients thrive by offering thoughtful guidance, financial solutions, and genuine partnership. Your work will directly support local businesses while managing a strong portfolio of commercial relationships. This is a relationshipcentered role where your expertise, curiosity, and commitment to doing the right thing truly matter. In this role you'll Develop and manage relationships with new and existing commercial relationships. Responsible for actively marketing a broad range of bank services to meet needs of business owners. Negotiate loan terms and conditions within scope of authority. Prepare and present credit analysis and recommendations on borrowing requests. Responsible for conducting credit reviews to ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Perform ongoing credit risk management through daily monitoring of the loan portfolio; ensure proper risk rating of portfolio at all times. Monitor all credits through periodic reviews and analysis. Responsible for creating awareness of the Bank and its services through community activity. Responsible for assisting loan support staff. Responsible for complying with policies, procedures, security requirements, and government regulations. What we're looking for You have a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science, or a related field (Required). You have 4 or more years of experience in commercial credit, analysis, or business development (Required). Agricultural lending experience preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered in lieu of a degree. What helps you shine You build strong, trusted relationships and enjoy creating new business opportunities. You bring excellent relationship management, presentation, and negotiation skills. You understand local markets and use that insight to support clients effectively. You have strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to underwrite and structure commercial credits. You are familiar with treasury management products. You understand federal and state laws and regulations related to commercial lending and appraisal guidelines.
