Grain Originator / Office Administration AgRail, LLC - Bloomington, Illinois Position Summary The Grain Originator is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with local producers in order to originate grain for AgRail. This position focuses on customer service, grain merchandising support, and helping producers market their grain effectively while meeting the company's origination goals. In addition to origination responsibilities, the Grain Originator will assist with general office functions and support daily operations at the AgRail facility. This role works closely with other office staff, the facility Superintendent and General Manager to ensure a high level of service for our customers. Work Schedule Standard Office Hours: Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm During harvest and other busy periods, extended hours will be required. Harvest typically runs approximately 6-8 weeks and may include evenings and weekend hours as needed to support customer deliveries and facility operations. Qualifications
