• Good attention to detail and ability to keep accurate records
• Basic understanding of lab equipment and how testing works
• Ability to follow safety rules closely and lift 45 pounds
• Basic computer skills, especially using Excel

What You'll Do:

• Test materials and products to make sure they meet quality standards
• Check samples during production to make sure everything is being made correctly
• Write down and report test results clearly and accurately
• Keep lab equipment clean, working properly, and calibrated
• Help figure out problems with products or the production process
• Prepare samples and mix solutions for testing
• Keep the lab clean and organized
• Share results and updates with the production team and managers
