Salary: $130,000 - $150,000

We are hiring a results-driven Maintenance Superintendent to lead plant maintenance operations, workforce planning, and reliability initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This leadership role is responsible for optimizing equipment uptime, maintenance scheduling, and team performance while ensuring safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and balance maintenance manpower planning in collaboration with planners, schedulers, and supervisors.
• Oversee daily maintenance operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Utilize maintenance metrics and KPIs to improve plant reliability and performance.
• Manage SAP work orders, purchase requisitions, and maintenance documentation.
• Coordinate and supervise contractor selection, scheduling, performance, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Support turnaround (TAR) planning and execution to minimize downtime.
• Conduct safety audits, permit reviews, and housekeeping inspections across maintenance areas.
• Ensure effective equipment repair, installation, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Recruit, train, and develop maintenance supervisors and staff, including performance management.
• Serve as backup to the Maintenance Manager and support a 24/7 manufacturing operation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 7+ years of maintenance experience, or 10+ years of progressive manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, maintenance systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Proven ability in problem-solving, decision-making, and process improvement.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
