Case Manager (Tax Resolution) - On-site \| Costa Mesa, CA 92626 \| Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM \| Start 03/30/2026 If you're someone who thrives on organization, client communication, and driving cases to completion, this role is for you. You'll be the go-to person ensuring clients feel supported while keeping each case progressing smoothly and accurately. What You'll Do * Own the end-to-end flow of client cases: onboarding, document collection, case tracking, and milestone follow-up. * Communicate with clients consistently and professionally-setting expectations, providing updates, and keeping them confident in the process. * Coordinate with internal teams to align on strategy and ensure timely submission of required documentation to agencies. * Maintain detailed notes and case status updates in the CRM and ensure records are accurate and audit-ready. * Lead/guide other case workers as needed and help keep the team aligned on priorities and workload. Qualifications Must-Haves * Experience in case management, high-touch customer support, or client coordination (strong ownership of timelines and documentation). * Comfortable working in a CRM-heavy environment (strong preference for IRSlogics or a similar platform). * Excellent communication skills (written + verbal) and high attention to detail. Preferred / Nice-to-Haves * 3+ years of experience in case management and/or tax resolution. * Experience with CRMs such as IRS Solutions, Ledger CRM, PitBullTax (or similar). * Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field (or equivalent experience). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
