Job Summary

Castalia Systems is looking for a Mid-level All-Source Intelligence Analyst to join our team, you'll help your client by providing intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic intelligence requirements. Using your comprehensive understanding of all-source analytic tradecraft, production cycles, publication standards, community writing styles, and formats, you'll produce strategic-level assessments and products that address critical intelligence questions. As an authority on your topic, your client will look to you for comprehensive production, often under pressure.

Roles and Responsibilities

A qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:

• Develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
• Apply flexible research methodologies to complex, open-ended problems

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in all-source analysis, or 7+ years of experience in all-source analysis in lieu of a degree
• Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a fusion cell environment or directly with all-source analysts writing ICD 203 and ICD 206-compliant finished intelligence production
• Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards
• Knowledge of the CETCOM AOR - Israel
• Strong MIDB Experience

Salary at Castalia Systems is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, position knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $105,000.00 to $113,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Castalia Systems' total compensation package for employees.
