* Knowledge of shipping practices to include documentation,
* Supervisory experience in manufacturing or warehouse setting.
* A proven record of working safely.
* Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
* Forklift experience.
* Has a positive attitude and willing to do anything to improve the department and/or company.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High school degree or equivalent and two or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent
combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to speak and understand Basic English with an emphasis on following directions, fundamental
shop safety procedures, and production standards.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Must display a strong understanding of basic math such as adding and subtracting whole numbers and
fractions. Must possess accurate measuring skills using a tape measure.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to identify problems, collect information, establish facts, and suggest solutions.
