Multimedia Producer

This is a 12-month, part-time (32 hours/week), on-site contract role located in Irvine, CA.

Summary

This role is responsible for producing high-quality multimedia content from concept through delivery, combining video production, motion graphics, and audio expertise to create compelling, brand-aligned storytelling across multiple platforms.

Our Ideal Candidate

• 3-5 years of experience in multimedia production, video editing, or a related field
  
• Passion for visual storytelling and content creation with a strong foundation in design principles
  
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition), with strong video editing and motion graphics skills
  
• Familiar with photography, audio production, and multi-platform content delivery
  
• Skilled in collaborating with creative teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners
  
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and feedback
  
• Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail
  
• Portfolio demonstrating video, motion graphics, and design work required
  

Job Description

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end production of multimedia content, from concept development through final delivery.

You'll partner with creative teams and stakeholders to develop concepts, plan shoots, and execute high-quality video and audio production. This includes filming, capturing audio, editing video content, creating motion graphics, and ensuring all deliverables align with brand standards.

You will also manage post-production processes including color grading, sound design, and animation, while incorporating feedback and optimizing content for various internal and external platforms, supporting the team's overall creative output and storytelling goals.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  
• Background in multimedia production, video editing, motion graphics, or digital content creation
  
• Experience with branding, design systems, and content optimization preferred
  

Additional Requirements

• This opportunity is located in Irvine, CA and requires on-site work Monday through Thursday (32 hours/week)
  
• The pay for this W-2 position is $56.00 per hour
  
• This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements
